A fellow has to volunteer 3-6 months to be eligible to graduate from the program and receive a certificate to that effect.
A fellow has to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week during his or her fellowship.
We do not pay fellows, we instead provide a transport stipend to facilitate their movement from their residences to the school where they will be posted.
We place fellows to the schools closest to where they live while also considering the schools that present the most need.
fellows act as teaching assistants who help with marking, classroom management, extra curricular activities support, remedial, life skills and school improvement projects.
